A refreshing Port wine cocktail with fresh lime

INGREDIENTS:

4 cl. Sequeirinha White Reserve Port Wine
2 cl. Triple sec
1 cl. Sugar syrup
1,5 cl. Fresh pressed lime juice.

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Put all in a mixer and shake-it. Fill a glass with crushed ice and pour the liquid into the glass. Can be decorated with a slice of lime. You can also before you use the glass, touch the rim off the glass with lime and dip the glass in salt to get a “salt ring” on the glass.

An irresistible Porto Ruby cocktail for the sunset hours

INGREDIENTS:
6cl. Sequeirinha Ruby Reserve Port Wine
2 cl. Triple Sec
1 cl. Cranberries Syrup
2 cl. Fresh pressed lime
15cl. Lemonade

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Place everything except the lemonade in a cocktail glass with ice and shake. Fill the drink glass with ice, pour the liquid and add the lemonade. Stir with a spoon and garnish with a slice of orange peel.

A classic cocktail with a twist: Sequeirinha Port

INGREDIENTS:
5 cl. Sequeirinha Tawny Reserve Port wine
1 cl. Fresh pressed lime juice
12 cl. Ginger Beer
Put ice cubs in a copper mug (or a drink glass). Put the ingredients in and stir it. Decorate with a slice of lime or a little bit of mint leaves. Beat the leaves before putting them into the drink. That gives more flavor.

A lovely Port wine cocktail to see life in pink.

INGREDIENTS:
8 cl. Sequeirinha Rosé Port Wine
12 cl. Lemonade


HOW TO DO IT:
Mix the two ingredients in a glass, add ice and decorate with a strawberry. You can use frozen strawberries instead of ice cubes. You can also put the Port Rosé in a bowl with fresh cut strawberries overnight. Gives a wonderful strawberry flavor.
